Featuring a smooth action easy-lift grill hood with height markers for consistently accurate results. Ideal for grilling, toasting and mainline cooking. This Salamander is also supplied with a chrome toasting rack, toasting rack and removable crumb tray. Its also 1/1 GN compatible.
