The stirrer can be rotated by 360 degrees so the controls can be viewed at any angle in the kitchen

There is a new bi-fold lid attached so the chef does not need to find a place to put the lid when lifted off. A great new feature stops lids being lost.
The cost of the stirred baths are slightly more, but the new design is popular amongst the chefs that prefer to used stirred baths.

Accuracy from high precision controller with actual temperature displayed to nearest 0.1 Deg C if required
Integral timer 1 minute to 99 hours with audio and visual notification and end of set period, with memory for time and temperature settings.

Fill notification if water drops below level for run dry protection, complete with drain tap and lid.
