ENHANCING HYGIENE AND FOOD SAFETY WITH AN ADDITIONAL SANITIZATION MECHANISM.

The UltraCUBE includes all the features of the Cube model, along with added enhancements for optimized hygiene. Hoshizaki’s innovative UV cleaning mechanism uses UV-light flashes to inhibit harmful contamination of the water tank and standing water, ensuring even safer and cleaner ice.

The Hoshizaki B-140SA is a Storage Bin with a net capacity of 140 Ltr. The storage bin configures perfectly with Hoshizaki ice makers to ensure ample quantities of ice at all times.

The sturdy construction for side-by-side or stacked installations, as well as the non-corrosive bin liner, provide safe and sanitary storage of produced ice.
