This incredible broiler has individual, adjustable gas valves for a high level of control, as well as a continuous pilot for instant ignition. The unit also features a chrome plated, heavy duty rack that loads and unloads easily, and effortlessly lifts out for cleaning. Thanks to the protective screen over the infrared burner for splatter protection, and the stainless steel exterior, the unit can be easily wiped clean.
