Thanks to an inclined base, the fryer allows oil to drain from the food rather than allowing it to sit in the oil. This results in higher quality, less greasy meals and makes cleaning up easier.

The Lincat Opus 800 electric fryer comes has a temperature range 90°C to 190°C and is fitted with two thermostats to give you precise control over the cooking process. It includes removable batter plates along with a hinged, lift-out element, with safety interlock for easy tank access and cleaning.

Additionally, this electric fryer removes the hassle of attaching and piping an external drain thanks to an inboard oil drainage system. In turn, saving you and your staff time and effort installing.
