The griddle top is 8mm thick steel plate with an integrated grease box . With its superior heat retention and the thermostat control on plate cooking elements ensuring rapid response and recovery.

The grill area is independently controllable from the griddle. It has a removable Crumb Tray for easy cleaning and a wire rack with bun stop and rack stop which prevents food from falling.
