The Robot Coupe R5 2V Table Top Cutter is a 5.9 Litre stainless steel bowl cutter with two speed operation of 1500 and 3000 rpm generally used for up to 80 covers.
Designed to ensure ease of operation, it can process all types of food, up to 5.5 Litres and will mix, chop, knead and puree with speed and efficiency giving consistent quality end products and easy cleaning.

This unit is supplied with a flat blade stainless steel knife.
This unit has a pulse function and a magnetic safety system with motor brake.
