Sammic CCE-350 Electric Slicer

The Sammic CCE-350 Electric Slicer is a slicer wholly made of high-polished anodised aluminium.
The vertically position meat slicer with a 350mm diameter blade for universal application is specially suitable for fresh meat.

This unit has a built-in precision sharpener, a hard-chromed forged scoop knife and a life-lubricated helicoidal gear drive. All of these functions allow for this machine to be versatile with its adjustable selection of cutting thickness (0 - 18mm) and for it to be robust and long lasting in any kitchen.

The side plate is bearing mounted and the components that are in contact with food are completely detachable for easier cleaning.
