Switches on automatically when the combi steamer is powered up.
Model 3455870 captures and condenses the steam from the air vent. It also extracts and processes any vapour that escapes when the door is opened.
The hood does not require a cold-water connection.

If additional fume filtration is required model 3455876, Convovent 4+ should be selected.

Please note that additional extraction and safety systems are likely to be needed for a gas combi oven.
