This 15kW, 3 burner catering gas barbecue griddle is fabricated from heavy gauge stainless steel. Uses LP Gas. Four very sturdy tubular legs fold up for transportation and the whole burner unit is pre-assembled for instant use.
- Ideal for all alfresco barbecue use including teppanyaki and mongolian barbecue cooking because of the flat griddle construction;
- Central drain hole to collect excess fat into bucket - (Bucket not supplied);
- Griddle Size: 1000mm x 610mm;
- Cooking Height: 850mm;
- Weight: 49kg;
- Cleans down in 2 minutes with a scraper;
- LPG hose and propane regulator supplied;
- Now fitted with Flame Failure Gas taps and fully complies with the new regulations.
