A superbly designed slicing machine made entirely from highly polished satin finish anodised aluminium with a 300mm blade diameter, designed for sites where a heavy use is expected.
The hollow ground chromed carbon steel blade has an integral self-aligning sharpening unit and its cut is adjustable from 0 to 14mm.

It has a powerful east to adjust twin poly 'v' belt driven transmission which gives it smooth cutting and silent running of the ball bearing mounted carriage which is easily detachable for cleaning.

Designed for handling larger volumes than the medium duty range. Recommended for delis, restaurants, supermarkets and canteens.
