Sirman Hercules 40 Dough Mixer.
Heavy duty dough mixer made from thick C40 steel with a scratch resistant powder coating.
A 40 litre bowl with reinforced edge and AISI 304 S/S shaft. Mixing is completed at a single speed using a forged spiral tool that is certainly heavy duty.
This mixer has a fixed head position, the bowl has an opening lid to add ingredients during operation.
High efficiency ventilated motor with oil-bath gear box for real heavy duty work that is chain driven and that has thermal protection on the motor.
