Propane gas Featuring exceptionally heavy duty construction and controls, the LPG gas Falcon Chieftain general purpose oven provides performance, capacity and reliability in abundance. Fully gastronorm compatible, the Falcon oven is able to accept double size (2/1) pans and the robust drop-down door acts as a sturdy surface to rest trays. The stainless steel worktop acts as additional work space and can accommodate other appliances. For safety, the adjustable shelves include an anti-tilt facility, preventing accidents whilst moving pans in and out of the oven. Supplied on castors for ease of cleaning at the end of service.
