Hallde CC-34 All In One Care Machine with IDDSI Compliance Pack

1kW, 3Ltr Bowl Capacity, 0.9Ltr Tube Feeder Hallde Care Machine package includes a combination machine with IDDSI compliance pack, cutting tools and accessories designed for care homes with up to 80 residents, plus up to 10 residents needing texture modified meals. CC-34 with half-moon feed cylinder and stainless steel bowl, made to process 2 kg/minute or 10-80 portions/day with a duty cycle of 360kg per day. Bowl: 3 litres gross volume and 1.4 litres net volume.

Machine has four speeds which switch depending on what preparation top is mounted. Machine is controlled with a turning knob instead of buttons. Vegetable preparation top is of 0.9 litre with a tube feeder of 53 mm in diameter. Bowl is 3 litre and has a 3 arm scraper system. Knives for bowl cutter are serrated.

Machine base is made of BPA-free ABS-plastic and the knife chamber in aluminium. Cutting tools are made of stainless steel, 185 mm in diameter and washable in dishwasher. Motor rotate the cutting blade clockwise via a self-tensioned toothed belt. Machine has handles for easy mobility.
