This unit sits directly on top of your Combi-Oven and wired to sensors within the oven. When in use and when the door is opened instead of steam filling your kitchen it gets sucked into the the extractor hood.

Filter the cooking odour and steam from the door and steam vent without the need for eternal vented extraction systems. Using a CNS replaceable carbon filter and additional filter layers

The condensation technology in an UltraVent canopy absorbs and dissipates steam from both the exhaust on top of the machine and when opening the door.
The Plus version of this canopy is also equipped with special filters which prevent both vapours and lingering smoke that builds up whilst grilling or roasting.
There is no need for complicated and expensive installations to remove exhaust air.

Installation of the UltraVent is simple and it can be retro-fitted at any time with no need for a connection to the outside.
This version of the UltraVent is best suited to customers who use mainly the steam function rather than grilling or roasting.
