Blue Seal E23M3 Turbofan Electric Convection Oven with capacity for 3 x 2/3 Gastronorm pans.
With manual electric timer and temperature controls, there is also a countdown timer. For a clearer view the oven space is illuminated with dual halogen lamps and the door can be hinged from either side.
With 2 racks there is enough space to allow 85mm tray spacing. Supplied with 2 oven wire racks and 1 year parts and labour warranty.
