Imperial IHPA-4-24 Four Ring Hotplate

The Imperial IHPA-4-24 Four Ring Hotplate has PyroCentric burner heads with two rings of flame for even cooking no matter the pan size, the PyroCentric burners are 28,000 BTU/hr (8 KW) with a 7,000 BTU/hr. (2 KW) low simmer feature.

The stainless steel front, sides, and landing ledge with welded stainless steel seams makes this unit robust and long lasting for a busy kitchen. This unit also has a large 5" (127) stainless steel landing ledge and 4" (102) heavy duty stainless steel legs with adjustable feet.

The grates are in 12" x 12" (305 x 305) sections to easily lift off for cleaning. Cast iron burners are anti-clogging and removable for easy cleaning and anti-clogging shield designed in the grate protects the pilot from grease and debris all allow for easy cleaning of this unit after a busy service.

There are no gaskets or screws on this unit and pots slide easily from section to section.
