The Empress model is designed to compliment the general purpose range of hot cupboards this 1200mm wide mobile refrigerated unit has the capacity for 3 x 1/1Gn pans of 100mm deep with ambient storage below.
Temperature will be maintained at between +3 to +5 Deg C up to maximum ambient of +32 Deg C RH 60 from a R404a gas filled CFC refrigerated unit which has an automatic defrost and condensate handling system.
Interior and exterior are constructed from stainless steel and the well has radiused corners for easier cleaning. A 13amp plug is supplied on a 2m cable.
Victor refrigerated cupboards are available with a range of tray slides, gantries and sneeze guards and can be finished in a range of materials and colours if stainless steel is not preferred.
